Personal body scan meditation with Lior
Slow down. Breathe. Feel your body.
A personal body scan meditation guided by Lior
with attention to natural breathing and body sensations
About 40 minutes of practice within a relaxed session
lasting one to one and a half hours in Yafe Nof, Pardes Hanna Karkur
A welcoming place to begin, even if meditation is new to you
The approach
Body scan meditation, step by step
We begin by noticing the natural breath, just as it is now
Then attention moves gently through the body, one area at a time
We meet each sensation with curiosity and care
My practice draws inspiration from Vipassana in the Goenka tradition
and is adapted for a personal session with personal guidance
When the mind wanders, the guidance helps you return
With more experience, there is more room for quiet
Through the body
Listen, relax and feel
Through the breath
Return to your centre and inner calm
Through presence
Gently meet this moment

What a personal session feels like
We meet in our home clinic in Yafe Nof, Pardes Hanna Karkur.
After a short introduction and a chance to share, I explain the practice and help you settle in.
The meditation itself lasts about 40 minutes.
I guide attention to natural breathing and body sensations, one area at a time.
When thoughts wander, my voice helps you return gently.
The practice is seated upright, as feels comfortable for your body; you can change position at any time.
Afterwards, there is time to land, share if you wish, and return to your day with ease.
The whole session usually takes one to one and a half hours.
Personal sessions are at the heart of this invitation.
Pairs or small groups can also come by arrangement.
