Sound and Color
A Journey of Healing Sounds and Mandala Creation
The Sound and Color journey brings together deep listening to healing sounds and the personal creation of a mandala.
The sounds open a space of softness, quiet and presence. From there, we move into color, form and personal expression through sacred geometry.

What the Journey Includes
When Healing Sounds Meet Sacred Geometry
We will deepen into the softness of healing sounds, then continue into the creation of a personal mandala through color, sacred geometry, presence and inner connection.
Clarifying Intentions
We will begin in an attentive space, connecting with the wishes of our hearts and our intentions in an inviting atmosphere of deep listening and heartfelt connection.
Healing Sounds
We will enter a space of sounds, frequencies and healing instruments, an invitation to slow down, listen, soften and gently turn inward.
A Gentle, Present Transition
After the sounds, we will create space for breathing, drinking, gathering inward and gently preparing for the creative process.
Creating a Personal Mandala
We will continue into color, form and sacred geometry, creating a mandala through listening, clarity and inner connection.
Healing Sounds with Daniel Deglin
A Space of Frequency, Softness and Deep Inner Listening
Daniel will open the journey with healing sounds and special instruments that invite the body and mind to slow down, soften and listen.
The sounds create a gentle, present embrace that prepares the heart and the space for the creative process that follows.
Video description: Daniel sits on a mat in a garden beside bowls and musical instruments. He plays tubular bells and other sound instruments placed before him. Music and wordless singing can be heard.
Large White Crystal Bowls
Bells, Frequency Instruments and Tibetan Bowls
Rainsticks, Gourds and Natural Instruments
A Space for Deep Listening and Presence
A main image of Daniel with the crystal bowls and sound instruments will appear here.
Mandalas and Sacred Geometry
From Sound into Color, Form and a Personal Mandala
In the second part of the journey, we will create a personal mandala through sacred geometry, color and presence.
In this workshop, we will learn to construct the Seed of Life and the Flower of Life, beautiful, symmetrical and precise foundational forms from which a personal mandala can grow.
No previous experience is needed, only curiosity, attention and a wish to give what opened through sound an expression through the hands.
The mandala makes it possible to transform an inner experience into form, color and center, a personal creation to take home and continue resonating with.
The Journey
A Gradual Journey from Sound Inward to Color, Form and Personal Creation
The journey is designed so that each stage gently prepares the next, from arriving and listening, through healing sounds, to the personal creation of a mandala with presence and connection.
